...GUSTY NORTHWEST WINDS ARE EXPECTED AGAIN TODAY... .THE NEBRASKA PANHANDLE WILL CONTINUE TO BE SANDWICHED BETWEEN LOW PRESSURE IN THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND HIGH PRESSURE IN THE NORTHERN ROCKIES TODAY. AS A RESULT...WIND SPEEDS WILL RAPIDLY INCREASE TO SPEEDS OF 30 TO 35 MPH ACROSS MUCH OF THE PANHANDLE BY MID MORNING.
