...GUSTY WINDS FOR THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE TONIGHT... .SOUTH WINDS WILL INCREASE ACROSS THE WESTERN NEBRASKA PANHANDLE THIS EVENING. THE STRONGEST WINDS WILL OCCUR OVER NORTHERN PORTIONS OF THE PANHANDLE...ESPECIALLY ALONG THE PINE RIDGE WHERE WINDS WILL GUST TO AROUND 50 MPH. WINDS WILL SLOWLY DECREASE LATE TONIGHT THROUGH FRIDAY MORNING.
