<summary>...ASTRONOMICAL HIGH TIDES MAY RESULT IN MINOR SPLASH-OVER LATE THIS EVENING... .HIGH ASTRONOMICAL TIDES WILL COMBINE WITH WIND WAVES OF 5 TO 8 FEET TO CAUSE MINOR SPLASH-OVER AT THE TIME OF HIGH TIDE AROUND 11 PM THIS EVENING. A STORM SURGE OF A QUARTER TO A HALF FOOT WILL BRING THE TIDE TO AROUND THE 12.0 FT FLOOD STAGE IN PORTLAND HARBOR.</summary>
