BE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR SUDDEN CHANGES IN VISIBILITY. MOTORISTS TRAVELING THIS MORNING SHOULD SLOW DOWN...USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS...AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
